Whitefish ceviche for oat buttons

Serve as an appetiser or light snack.

Preparation time: 15 min + 2 h for marinating


Oat buttons
400 g of skinless whitefish fillet
1 teaspoon salt
½ red onion
1 lemon juice
a pinch of sugar
chopped mint


  1. Remove the bones from the fish, chop into small cubes and add salt.
  2. Mix all ingredients and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Place the oat buttons on top and serve!
