Preparation time: 15 min + 2 h for marinating
400 g of skinless whitefish fillet
1 teaspoon salt
½ red onion
1 lemon juice
a pinch of sugar
- Remove the bones from the fish, chop into small cubes and add salt.
- Mix all ingredients and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Place the oat buttons on top and serve!
