Ingredients
Oat buttons
1 packet of pulled oats (eg tomatoflavour)
2 dl of rapeseed oil for frying
1 dl of BBQ sauce (eg Santa Maria Hickory)
Marinated red onion
1 red onion
0.5 dl of water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
0.5 dl of rapeseed oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
juice of half a lemon
Coriander mayonnaise
1.5 dl of finished vegan mayonnaise
0.5 dl of coriander
juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon sugar
For decoration
sesame seeds

Method
Fry the lollipop crisp in the oil. Add BBQ sauce to the oatmeal buttons. Add the roasted oatmeal, marinated red onion and coriander mayonnaise. Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander.
Marinated red onion: Put all the ingredients in the pot except the red onion and bring to the boil. Add the red onion and turn off the heat. Allow it to marinate for at least an hour.
Coriander Mayonnaise: Mix the coriander, mayonnaise, lime juice and sugar to a smooth green mayonnaise with a stick blender or blender.
