Energy boost for two

Ingredients

2 dl of unflavoured yoghurt
1 dl of rye or oatmeal
1 dl of berries, preferably fresh
1 dl of cottage cheese
chopped lemon balm

Method

  1. Pile the ingredients into the glass in layers. Add crumbled rye crisps.
  2. Refrigerate overnight to season, or enjoy immediately.
